About

About Me

Hey there friend, I'm Emily (she/her). I first became interested in massage while training as a competitive powerlifter, I experienced firsthand how impactful massage could be on athletic performance and mental health. In 2016 I graduated from Northeastern Institute of Whole Health in my home state of New Hampshire.

A year after moving to Pittsburgh PA and working for a local spa, I was able to open my own studio on the Bloomfield-Garfield border. I take an intuitive approach to my practice, blending modalities together to address each client's specific needs. A typical massage with me may include swedish massage techniques, myofascial release therapy, neuromuscular therapy, cupping therapy, and some assisted stretching.

Curating a safe, accessible, and inclusive space is of the highest priority to me.

I look forward to working with you soon!
